It is very bicycle friendly where we live now and my husband is just stoked about it. He loves riding and has been trying to talk me into getting a bike. I am trying to lose weight and get healthy and I like the thought of riding one around. But not a ten speed or something really upscale. I just wanted something simple and I love the retro looking bikes.
My husband was out riding and went past a store and saw one like this out front, selling as used. He rushed me over to see it but it had some paint missing. This is bad because it will rust. I was actually disappointed because it was really neat, a simple one speed, and had that retro look I like.
So my husband brought me inside and found a brand new one just like it. It was a very good price new, so I was thankful for that. He also got this sweet wicker basket for the front and a retro-looking lock that you can kind of see winding around the seat. I love my new bicycle and am so glad my husband wants to share this hobby with me.
